5G Network Deployment Specialist - Remote

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced 5G Network Deployment Specialist to join their remote team. This position plays a critical role in the successful rollout and activation of advanced 5G network infrastructure. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of deployment projects, ensuring that new sites and equipment are installed, configured, and integrated seamlessly into the existing network. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the deployment of 5G network elements, including base stations and associated infrastructure.
• Ensure timely and accurate installation, configuration, and commissioning of network equipment.
• Perform network testing and optimization to verify performance and meet service level agreements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during the deployment phase.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, field technicians, and vendor partners.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and update network inventory systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mobile network deployment, with a strong focus on 5G technologies .
• In-depth understanding of RAN, core network elements, and transmission systems.
• Familiarity with network planning tools and performance monitoring software.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and hands-on technical skills.
