The mission of the Account Director is to oversee the delivery of VIP client projects through our Account Success and Professional Services teams (60% of functional time), identify untapped app growth opportunities in partnership with the Account Success team (20% of functional time), and participate in agency thought leadership and process development (20% of functional time).
