You will be expected to ensure clients remain happy and engaged, manage their accounts efficiently and that opportunities for expanding their marketing initiatives are identified and pursued.
The ideal candidate will require at least 2+ years’ work experience in Account Management within a Digital Marketing agency or similar environment with a solid understanding of Digital Marketing services, including SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, Social Media, and other online advertising platforms.
You must possess the strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, create and present reports that demonstrate campaign performance, key insights, and areas for improvement & have experience upselling and cross-selling Digital Marketing services to maximize client value and revenue growth.
