Location: remote within Spain Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonus. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives. Focus on small and medium-sized business (SMB) sales through primarily outbound activities.
Develop, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive revenue growth. Manage, monitor, and report on sales activities in alignment with business goals and sales plans. Prepare and deliver commercial and technical proposals that meet both client needs and internal standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the companys CRM system, ensuring proper documentation of all sales activities. REQUIREMENTS: Intermediate or fluent verbal and written in German (C1). As well as, strong proficiency in English (at least B2). Proven experience in sales, particularly in an outbound or business development environment.
Strong achievement orientation with the ability to work independently and meet targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems. Experience in sales pipeline management and forecasting.
Previous experience working with channel partners or in a channel sales environment.
