Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the complete technical records for assigned aircraft, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Process and file aircraft maintenance records, including work orders, inspection reports, and component change records.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations (e.g., SA-CAA, EASA, FAA) regarding technical documentation.
• Track and manage the implementation status of Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins (SBs).
• Assist in the preparation of aircraft for lease transitions, redelivery, and audits by reviewing technical records.
• Coordinate with maintenance facilities, lessors, and regulatory authorities on technical record matters.
• Archive and retrieve historical technical documentation as required.
• Utilize digital record management systems and databases to maintain electronic records.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in technical records.
• Stay updated on best practices and regulatory changes affecting aircraft technical records management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate or degree in aviation maintenance, administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in aircraft technical records administration or a related role within the aviation industry.
• Thorough understanding of aircraft maintenance processes and terminology.
• Proficiency in managing and interpreting technical documentation, including logbooks and maintenance records.
• Experience with aviation regulatory requirements related to technical records.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and ideally digital record management systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks.
