How we hire

Own the pricing models that decide the price of every ancillary, every shop.
You'll work alongside the people who built the system you'll be improving — and you'll have direct customer impact within your first quarter. What we're looking for
• Demonstrable depth in your craft — work you can talk about specifically and proudly.
• A bias for shipping. We trust velocity more than polish.
• Strong written communication.
