You will support project managers and architects by coordinating documentation, managing timelines, facilitating communication between team members, and ensuring deadlines are met. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports, ensuring version control.
  • Assist in managing project schedules and tracking progress against milestones.
  • Facilitate communication between project team members, consultants, and clients via digital channels.
  • Organize and maintain project files and databases, ensuring easy accessibility.
  • Provide administrative support to the project management team, including meeting scheduling and minute-taking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role, preferably within architecture.
  • Proficiency in project management software and general office applications.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting .
