Job Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field. • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the fresh produce industry. • Strong understanding of the fresh vegetables and fruits market, including supply chain and distribution channels. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
