BMC Helix Integration / Automation Specialist-Remote

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement integration solutions using Helix, ensuring efficient data flow between systems
• Develop automation workflows to enhance productivity and operational processes
• Collaboration with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Document integration processes, workflows, and best practices for future reference
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Helix features and integration technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in integration or automation roles, with hands-on experience using Helix
• Strong understanding of integration concepts, methodologies, and tools
• Experience in developing automation workflows and scripts
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or similar)
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services is a plus
