Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in advanced bookkeeping tasks and comfortable managing multiple processes and workflows independently. While previous experience with "Buildium" accounting software is strongly preferred, we are open to candidates with solid bookkeeping backgrounds who are eager to learn.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, resourceful, and capable of conducting thorough research independently before seeking guidance. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthly and yearly close processes. Perform detailed reviews of financial data, identifying discrepancies and correcting errors. Process payroll and ensure tax compliance. Work with Buildium accounting software (preferred experience).
