Responsibilities Responsible for expanding and maintaining the sales pipeline Acquiring new customers through networking, referrals, trade shows, events, and qualified leads Managing and developing existing customer relationships Delivering customer and product presentations (remote/on-site) Managing the sales process through to contract signing Close collaboration with company management and project teams Requirements Experience in IT solution sales and project-based B2B sales Technical understanding, SAP knowledge, and familiarity with sales processes Open, people-oriented manner, strong communication skills, and strategic thinking Hands‑on mentality and ability to work independently Good written and spoken German and English Willingness to travel: approximately every six weeks for a few days to the Potsdam office
