Responsibilities
Business Development – RPO
• Build and execute a growth strategy for RPO services across target industries and geographies.
• Identify, qualify, and convert leads through outbound outreach, networking, partnerships, and events.
• Conduct discovery discussions to understand hiring challenges, workforce scaling needs, and operational gaps.
• Develop tailored RPO proposals, pricing models, and solution presentations.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and handover.
Overview
The RPO & Digital Business Development Manager drives new client acquisition and revenue growth across two key portfolios: Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions and digital talent products/services.
This role combines consultative selling, strong talent domain expertise, and the ability to articulate digital value propositions to enterprise clients.
Business Development – Digital Products & Solutions
• Lead sales opportunities for digital talent products or platforms (e.g., recruitment technology, digital assessments, analytics, automation tools).
• Position digital solutions to address client pain points in hiring, workforce planning, or talent productivity.
• Influence product enhancements based on customer and market feedback.
• Maintain deep understanding of TA/RPO market trends, digital HR tech landscape, and competitor offerings.
• Build strong relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and business leaders.
• Provide accurate pipeline management and forecasting through CRM tools.
Qualifications
• 5–8 years of business development or sales experience in RPO, staffing & HR tech
• Strong knowledge of recruitment operations, workforce solutions, and talent tools/products.
• Proven track record of closing complex service and technology deals.
• Excellent communication, solution-selling, and negotiation skills.
