Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough remote assessments of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
• Design and document optimized workflows, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
• Utilize process modeling tools and techniques to visualize current and future state processes.
• Develop and present data-driven recommendations for process automation, simplification, and re-engineering.
• Support clients in the implementation of process improvements, monitoring outcomes and ensuring adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process analysis, re-engineering, or continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with process mapping software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and project management tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and effectively manage client relationships remotely.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
