About the Role

You will handle bookings, confirmations, menu customizations, and day-of coordination using various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of catering event bookings, from inquiry to execution.

• Liaise effectively with clients to confirm event details, dietary needs, and menu selections.

• Communicate detailed event orders and requirements to the kitchen and logistics teams.

• Prepare event summaries and schedules, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.

• Track event statuses and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any logistical issues that may arise during event planning or execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Catering Coordinator , Event Coordinator, or similar role.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interaction.

• Proficiency in using event management software and online collaboration tools.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
