About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Catering Sales and Events Manager to drive business growth and manage high-profile catering events. This position operates entirely remotely , requiring a self-motivated individual with exceptional sales, client management, and event planning skills. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and orchestrating seamless catering experiences for a diverse range of events. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to develop creative event proposals and ensure client satisfaction from initial contact through post-event follow-up, all managed from their remote workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities within the catering and events sector.
• Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Manage the entire event planning process, from client consultation and menu selection to execution and coordination.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent communication and service.
• Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure flawless event execution.
• Track sales performance and achieve set revenue targets, reporting on key metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in catering sales , event management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing a client base.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Experience with event planning software and CRM systems.
• Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
