The Regulatory Compliance, Quality Assurance and Business Supports (RQB) Division with the Program Information, Evaluation and Performance (PIEP) Branch within the Children and Family Services (CFS) Ministry is seeking a change management specialist to provide strategic and tactical support on a series of priority CFS initiatives related to data and digital strategy.
This role needs to understand all aspects of the change and may include engagement/consultation, analysis, identification of risks, and developing various options to successfully transition target stakeholders from identified current states to a future state.
Ensure that appropriate change management strategies and recommendations are developed for all priority initiatives as defined by the ministry. Create project plans, presentations and content to effectively analyze and execute change initiatives from start to finish.
Collaborate with the business area to develop project schedule plans and strategies, estimate resource requirements, develop, and monitor work plans for completion of change management work for multiple projects. Collabora
