Role Responsibilities
• Develop and implement safety protocols for chemical processes, equipment, and operating environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in chemical manufacturing and processing workflows
• Monitor, analyze, and interpret process and experimental data to drive continuous optimization
• Evaluate chemical equipment and process designs for efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Design and plan process layouts and equipment configurations to improve operational performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional and AI-focused teams to support data-driven process improvements
• Contribute chemical engineering expertise to AI training initiatives, improving model accuracy and relevance
Requirements
• Bachelor0s or Master0s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
• Strong experience in chemical process optimization and safety protocol development
• Strong experience analyzing process data and experimental results
• Strong experience evaluating equipment and designing efficient process flows
• Familiarity with process simulation tools and digital modeling techniques
• Strong understanding of environmental and regulatory compliance standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment
