Chief Operating Officer (Fully Remote)

Lead organization-wide operational planning and translate strategic priorities into scalable systems and measurable outcomes. Oversee operational performance across multiple functions including technology, finance, people operations, and strategic initiatives. Partner with executive leadership and the Board to drive growth, financial stewardship, risk management, and organizational change.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, with at least 5 years in a senior or executive role. Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams within a mission-driven organization. Strong financial acumen and experience partnering with Finance leadership on budgeting and forecasting. Annual salary range of $145,000–$175,000 with hybrid and remote-friendly work environment.
