Child Development Consultant - Remote

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Child Development Consultant to join their team on a remote contract basis, servicing the Richards Bay region and beyond. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert advice and strategic guidance on child development programs and initiatives to various stakeholders, including educational institutions and community organizations. You will conduct in-depth research, develop innovative strategies, and offer tailored recommendations to enhance early childhood learning and support systems. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation on child development best practices to schools, NGOs, and government bodies.
• Develop strategic plans and intervention programs aimed at improving early childhood education and support services.

• Deliver virtual training sessions and workshops for educators, parents, and community leaders.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Child Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in child development consulting or program management.

• Excellent virtual presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
