Civil Project Manager - Renewable Energy (Remote)

Our client is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager with a background in renewable energy infrastructure to lead projects on a fully remote basis. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of civil works related to solar, wind, or other energy projects. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage distributed teams and diverse stakeholders through digital communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle for civil construction aspects of renewable energy projects, from planning to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams in a remote setting.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental compliance.
• Mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively to maintain project timelines and objectives.
• Communicate project status, progress, and challenges effectively to senior management and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years focused on civil works in the renewable energy sector.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects from conception to close-out.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles relevant to energy infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and remote collaboration tools.
