• Develop and curate training materials, case scenarios, and activities based on real-world recreational therapy practices.
• Train AI systems on therapeutic concepts including sports, arts, music, relaxation techniques, and social engagement.
• Review and annotate AI outputs to ensure clinical accuracy, empathy, and adherence to approved therapeutic methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert patient care scenarios into structured AI training data.
• Evaluate AI performance and recommend improvements to enhance understanding of therapy interventions and outcomes.
• Document findings and communicate therapeutic concepts clearly to technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Recreational Therapist in clinical environments such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, or nursing facilities.
• Strong expertise in therapy program planning, patient assessment, and activity modification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a compassionate approach.
• Ability to observe, analyze, and document patient participation and outcomes.
• Experience developing individualized treatment plans.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
