Clinical Research Associate (Remote)

About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a meticulous and experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join their fully remote clinical operations team. In this vital role, you will oversee the conduct of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols, government regulations, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. You will be responsible for site monitoring, data verification, and ensuring the safety and integrity of trial participants. Key Responsibilities

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits in accordance with protocol and GCP.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of data collected at clinical trial sites through regular source data verification.
• Monitor patient safety and report adverse events according to regulatory requirements and study protocols.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the sponsor and clinical trial sites, fostering strong working relationships.
• Maintain accurate and complete trial documentation, including regulatory binders and monitoring reports.
• Identify and address site-level issues and deviations, implementing corrective and preventative actions as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Thorough understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience with clinical trial monitoring and site management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
