Our role is defined by the following:
• Continuously monitor system health and performance to prevent incidents before they occur.
• Respond promptly to service disruptions and technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently, escalating when necessary.
• Coordinate with various teams to restore service functionality.
• Develop automated solutions to streamline routine operational tasks.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
• Actively participate in the Wazuh community as an expert on Wazuh and its cloud service.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members.
Required skills
• Experience in a similar role.
• A deep understanding of Linux environments .
• Well versed in Python and Bash scripting language .
• Ability to work well with a team.
• Highly-motivated, pro-active and responsible .
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, OpenSearch .
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git .
• Comfortable learning and eager to use new technology .
• IT security background .
