About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to join their premier, fully remote team. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure solutions that meet the strategic needs of the business. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud computing principles, best practices, and emerging technologies. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to define and execute cloud strategies, ensuring optimal performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability of cloud-based services. Key Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and implement scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant cloud solutions on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Develop and maintain cloud strategy, including governance, security, and cost management frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to migrate existing applications and services to the cloud.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on cloud best practices, patterns, and emerging technologies.
• Assess and recommend cloud solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
• Develop automation strategies for cloud infrastructure deployment, management, and monitoring.
• Ensure security best practices are integrated into all aspects of cloud architecture and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years focused on cloud architecture and design.
• Deep expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP), including services like compute, storage, networking, and databases.
• Proven experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates).
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, security principles, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
