Responsibilities
• Oversee the revenue cycle by managing unbilled and accounts receivable inventory.
• Supervise staffing and workflow volumes, allocate resources, and oversee employee lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with policies, SLAs, and quality standards; provide performance feedback.
Qualifications
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; commensurate experience considered.
• Minimum 2 years supervising billing/collections in professional services; 3 years law-firm billing/collections.
• Proficiency with ARCS, 3E, Elite, or Aderant, and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts).
