Commercial Insurance Broker (Elite Accounts team)
Reporting to the Practice Leader, you’ll manage a dedicated group of clients, treating every account as a holistic relationship. You’ll be responsible for providing year‑round stewardship and strengthening relationships to maximize retention through optimized coverage.
Responsibilities Strategic Onboarding: Effectively onboarding new customers and establishing yourself as their trusted advisor from day one. The Circle of Protection: Managing an existing book of business by issuing certificates and processing endorsements for large, complex accounts.
Risk Architecture: Processing remarkets and designing risk mitigation strategies (reviewing leases, contracts, and loss controls). Year‑Round Stewardship: Providing consistent value throughout the policy lifecycle, ensuring the renewal is a mere formality through proactive relationship management.
Requirements Licensing & Commercial Experience: You hold a valid broker license for your province and have 5+ years of commercial experience.
