Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive community engagement strategies leveraging digital platforms and virtual events.
• Build and nurture relationships with online communities, forums, and social media groups.
• Develop content and communications plans to inform, inspire, and mobilize community members.
• Organize and facilitate virtual events, webinars, and online discussions.
• Monitor community sentiment and engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align community efforts with organizational goals and campaigns.
• Recruit, train, and support remote volunteers and community ambassadors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community management , digital engagement, or online organizing, preferably in a remote setting.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools, CRM software, and virtual collaboration platforms.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement engaging online programs.
• Experience in the non-profit or social impact sector is highly desirable.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills, able to work autonomously in a remote capacity.
