Administer and evaluate employee benefit programs, collaborating with insurance brokers and plan providers. Research and analyze compensation and benefits practices to recommend data-driven improvements. Requirements
Proven experience in compensation, benefits administration, and job analysis within HR functions.
Experience working with insurance brokers, HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. Develop structured training materials and guidance for both employees and AI systems. Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and HR compliance requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
