Position: Compensation, Benefits, and Job Analysis Specialist

Role Responsibilities
• Apply compensation, benefits, and job analysis expertise to train and refine AI models using real-world HR scenarios.
• Administer and evaluate employee benefit programs, collaborating with insurance brokers and plan providers.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws, including reporting and regulatory requirements.
• Research and analyze compensation and benefits practices to recommend data-driven improvements.
• Develop structured training materials and guidance for both employees and AI systems.
Requirements
• Proven experience in compensation, benefits administration, and job analysis within HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience working with insurance brokers, HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Tech-savvy, solution-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
