What You’ll Bring to Engine:
3–5 years of hands-on experience in fintech, banking, or regulated financial services compliance. Working knowledge of BSA/AML, Regulation Z, UDAAP, and compliance testing/monitoring. Tech-savvy with experience in Salesforce, JIRA, or compliance automation tools.
Compensation:
Competitive base pay ranging from $72,300 to $100,000 USD, plus equity and variable pay opportunities. Hybrid-hub model with options for remote or office work.
