Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement robust compliance policies, procedures, and controls across the organization. • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance vulnerabilities and propose mitigation strategies. • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure the company's policies and practices remain up-to-date. • Oversee and manage internal investigations into alleged compliance violations. • Develop and deliver compliance training programs to employees at all levels. • Prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies as required. • Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries and audits.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant professional certification is a plus. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related legal field. • In-depth knowledge of relevant South African legislation and regulatory frameworks (e.g., FICA, POPIA, Companies Act). • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, suitable for remote collaboration. • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement compliance programs effectively.
