Position: Construction and Building Inspector
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $20–$50 per hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
• Evaluate and annotate construction and building inspection data to support AI training initiatives
• Review and interpret building plans, blueprints, and specifications for data enrichment
• Apply construction standards, safety codes, and regulatory requirements to real-world scenarios
• Provide subject-matter expertise to ensure AI training materials reflect industry best practices
• Document inspection logic, decisions, and compliance rationales clearly
• Share hands‑on inspection scenarios and case studies to improve model accuracy
• Collaborate asynchronously with technical and non-technical teams
Requirements
• Strong experience as a Construction and Building Inspector or in a closely related field
• Strong understanding of construction standards, safety codes, and regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams
