Support process mapping, user training, documentation, and onboarding activities to guarantee effective system usage and knowledge transfer.
Requirements:
Solid experience in billing processes, including monthly billing, coparticipation models, and understanding of regulatory obligations in healthcare environments. Knowledge of healthcare operator systems such as Unimed and SGU is required, with the ability to navigate and support system-related implementations.
