• Support employer brand activations, recruitment campaigns, and internal communications for the Korean talent market.

Requirements
• 4-5 years of experience incontent marketing, digital campaigns, or employer branding in South Korea.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills in both Korean and English.
• Ability to translate employer brand strategies into compelling digital content.
• Familiarity with South Korea’s digital platforms, talent landscape, and workplace culture.
