CLIENT
This role provides construction cost estimating support for capital projects with Federal agencies.

• Develop construction cost estimates from detailed drawings, specifications, and other project information.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and apply appropriate markups for overhead and profit.
• Conduct market research and analysis to ensure accurate pricing.
Qualifications:
• Knowledge of construction cost estimating principles and ability to read construction drawings.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software.
• Degree in Estimating or three years of construction estimating experience.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, or Micro-Computer Aided Cost Estimating System (MCACES).
• Knowledge of federal agency standards, especially US Department of Veterans Affairs.
• Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) or Certified Cost Professional (CCP) certification.
The company is seeking an experienced estimator to work on projects with budgets ranging from $1M to $30M.
