JOB TITLE: Court of Protection Lawyer (Remote)PQE: 4+ PQELOCATION: Remote (Norwich)SALARY: Dependent on experienceTHE ROLE:Are you passionate about Court of Protection work and looking for a firm which offers you plenty of scope for career progression?

This role is available on a remote basis and the firm are looking for Court of Protection Lawyers who are able to attend an initial induction week in their East Anglia office followed by bi-monthly visits depending on client needs and department needs.

THE CANDIDATE:You will have at least 4 years PQE and a strong track record in dealing with a range of court of protection matters. As the appointed Court of Protection Solicitor you will be providing advice to vulnerable clients and handling a caseload of matters in relation to mental capacity and safeguarding issues.
