As our creative teams continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Creative Team Lead to guide graphic designers, video editors, and creative specialists while ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality.
Your Impact Lead, mentor, and support a remote team of graphic designers, video editors, and creative specialists Maintain exceptional creative quality through thoughtful reviews and timely feedback Ensure creative work consistently aligns with brand guidelines, client expectations, and campaign goals Help creatives grow through practical coaching, mentorship, and constructive feedback Create structure and clarity across fast‑moving creative projects and priorities Foster a collaborative, positive team culture focused on continuous improvement We believe great people thrive with clear systems, strong leadership, and a culture that values collaboration, ownership, and continuous growth.
