The Opportunity

We're hiring a CRM Campaign Specialist (Email QA and Execution) for a fast-growing fintech company — owning QA and execution for email, in-app, and push campaigns across the CRM stack, with a sharp eye for accuracy in branding, targeting, and technical setup.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Campaign QA: Conduct quality assurance reviews for email campaigns and flows, ensuring accuracy in branding, copy, targeting, and technical setup.
• Dynamic Content QA: Review and QA email configurations for dynamic content (e.g., Liquid tags) to ensure proper personalization.
• Campaign Execution: Manage and execute CRM campaign tactics, including email, in-app banners, and push notifications.
• Documentation: Maintain and update campaign documentation, including tracking tickets, campaign overviews, and QA reports.
• Issue Escalation: Flag SLA violations, QA misses, and other issues to team leads.
• Compliance Collaboration: Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure campaigns adhere to CAN-SPAM and other regulations.

What You Bring

• ESP Experience: 2+ years of experience with an ESP platform (Braze preferred, but Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar is acceptable).
• QA Experience: 1+ years of experience in QA-specific tasks for CRM campaigns.
• Tool Proficiency: Proficiency with JIRA (or similar), Slack, G-Suite, and CRM systems (email, push, in-app messaging).
• HTML Familiarity: Familiarity with HTML to troubleshoot dynamic email tags and templates.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a knack for spotting errors in emails and workflows.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
• Deadline Management: Ability to manage multiple deadlines while adhering to fast response times.
• Proactivity: Proactive in identifying and solving QA and process gaps.

Bonus Points if:

• You have familiarity with dynamic email scripting (Liquid, JSON, or similar).
• You have experience with app-centric clients or high-volume email marketing operations.
• You have intermediate HTML experience for troubleshooting email rendering issues.

Sign-on Bonus: $300 bonus upon successful completion of the first 90 days of employment
