Customer Success & Social Media Specialist (Remote)

About the role

This is a hybrid role combining customer support and social media management. Customer inquiries are steady but do not fill an entire workday, so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety and wants to play an active role in building our brand online.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails, calls, and live chat inquiries
• Help clients with questions about our services and orders
• Coordinate with providers regarding revisions and delivery
• Resolve issues professionally and empathetically
• Escalate complex situations when necessary
• Follow up with customers after project completion
• Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X
• Respond to comments and direct messages
• Create simple graphics in Canva
• Assist with short-form video posting and basic editing

About you

• 5+ years of experience in customer support, virtual assistance, customer success, or a similar role
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience using Google Workspace
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet
• Experience with Buffer, Canva, Intercom, short-form video editing
• Experience working with US-based clients during US hours (potentially, evening or night shift in your location)
