What You'll Do
- Provide personalized support to our clients online
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their unique needs
- Educate clients on our products and services
- Resolve client inquiries and address any concerns promptly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.Continuously improve your customer service skills and product knowledge.
What You Bring
- Experience in customer service or a related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
