About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team in Toronto, Canada.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect, clean, and validate large data sets from multiple sources
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI or Tableau
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to drive business growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs
• Support predictive and prescriptive modeling initiatives
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and Python (preferred)
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL tools
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
