With headquarters in Germany and clients across the world, we are looking for a detail-oriented Data Collector who enjoys working with structured information, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring data quality.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys working with detail, and takes pride in keeping information accurate and up to date.

What You'll Do

• Collect, organize, and maintain operational data from emails, phone calls, internal systems, and other communication channels
• Perform manual data collection, data entry, verification, and updates to ensure information is complete, accurate, and current
• Review records for missing or inconsistent information and follow up with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
• Work closely with multiple departments to gather and consolidate information from different sources
• Prepare accurate and well-structured datasets for operational use
• Handle recurring data collection tasks as well as ad hoc requests based on business needs
• Prioritize your workload while maintaining a consistently high level of accuracy across large volumes of information
• Follow established processes and contribute ideas that improve data quality and operational efficiency What We're Looking For
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
• Comfortable performing manual data collection, data entry, verification, and repetitive administrative tasks without compromising quality
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to changing business needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
• Confidence working with colleagues across multiple teams
• A methodical and reliable approach with strong problem-solving skills when information is incomplete or inconsistent
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Previous experience in data collection, data administration, operations support, back-office administration, or another detail-oriented role is preferred
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Able to consistently deliver accurate, complete, and reliable data while meeting deadlines
