Here’s what growth looks like with us: • Initially: Contribute to client projects as part of our team, learning our approach to enterprise data engineering • As you demonstrate capability: Take technical lead on smaller projects while supporting larger initiatives • Longer term: Lead major client engagements, mentor junior team members, and help define how we deliver world-class Snowflake implementations You’ll work alongside our experienced technical architect who will teach you not just how to build data pipelines, but how to build trusted, strategic data partnerships with C-level executives.

You’ll: • Work directly with client teams (technical and business stakeholders) • Train and mentor their internal data teams • Own the success of the solutions we build together • Use modern approaches: medallion architecture, dbt, CI/CD, infrastructure as code • Leverage AI coding tools to deliver faster and better What You Need to Bring The foundations (non-negotiable): • 2-3 years of data engineering experience at a structured organisation (ideally 500+ employees with established data teams) • Strong SQL skills - joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimisation • Dimensional modeling fundamentals - you understand star schemas, slowly changing dimensions, and why these patterns matter • Cloud data warehouse experience - Snowflake preferred, but other strong Cloud Data Warehouse experience works too • Exposure to dbt - we'll teach you our patterns, but you need the basics • Git fundamentals - branching, pull requests, CI/CD concepts • The humility to say “I don't know” and the intelligence to learn quickly when shown • Snowflake certification or deep Snowflake knowledge • Experience with medallion architecture patterns • Experience using AI coding assistants productively • Client-facing experience or technical mentoring The Cultural Fit • Are technically strong but humble about what they don't know • Can laugh at themselves and keep perspective • Communicate clearly with everyone from data analysts to CIOs • Learn quickly with minimal hand-holding • Take ownership and accountability seriously • Actually enjoy teaching others and seeing them grow • Are energised by working on complex problems for serious clients Our Hiring Process • Cultural fit conversation - do we enjoy talking to you?
