Responsibilities • Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for fast, repeatable, and secure deployments • Manage container orchestration and deployment using Kubernetes (EKS) and Helm • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring to enhance application reliability and performance • Collaborate with SRE and development teams to create tooling for observability, diagnostics, and resiliency • Troubleshoot deployment issues and lead root cause analysis for platform-related incidents • Implement advanced deployment strategies, including canary releases, blue/green deployments, and rollback mechanisms • Ensure infrastructure and processes comply with security and audit standards using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices Requirements • 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE roles • Expertise in Jenkins for building robust CI/CD pipelines • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, preferably AWS EKS, and Helm • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Groovy, and version control systems like Git • Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation • Solid understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog) • Comfortable working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams • Preferred: exposure to cloud-native technologies (ArgoCD, Flux, Kustomize), service mesh (Istio, Linkerd), SRE practices including SLIs/SLOs, and security/compliance automation (CIS benchmarks) Benefits • Competitive salary with compensation based on experience and expertise • Flexible work arrangements, including remote options across the US and Canada • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision • Generous PTO, paid holidays, and professional development opportunities • Access to cutting-edge cloud and DevOps tools, and a collaborative, high-performing technical environment Overview DevOps Architect (Remote - US or Canada) We are seeking an experienced DevOps Architect to lead the design, automation, and operational excellence of enterprise-scale platforms.
