Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital learning design, with a strong portfolio showcasing online course development.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (e.g., Canvas, Moodle) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate).
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and online pedagogy.
