Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital learning development, e-learning design, or a similar role.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
• Strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
