Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital transformation, technology strategy, or a similar role, with significant experience in the Oil & Gas or related industries.
• Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects and managing change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, data analytics, AI/ML, IoT, and cloud computing.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities, especially in a remote setting.
