Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a clear and compelling digital transformation roadmap aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Lead and manage cross-functional teams in the execution of digital initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Identify and assess emerging technologies and digital trends relevant to the financial services sector. Drive innovation by fostering a culture of experimentation and embracing new approaches to service delivery and operations. Oversee the implementation of new digital platforms, tools, and processes, ensuring seamless integration and adoption. Develop and manage the digital transformation budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI measurement. Champion change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and widespread adoption of digital solutions across the organization.

Collaborate with IT, operations, marketing, and customer service departments to integrate digital strategies into all aspects of the business. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of digital transformation efforts. Stay abreast of digital best practices and regulatory changes impacting the financial services industry.

Requirements

Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in digital strategy, transformation, or related leadership roles, preferably within financial services. Demonstrated success in leading large-scale digital transformation programs from conception to implementation. Strong understanding of digital technologies such as AI, machine learning, cloud computing, big data analytics, and mobile platforms. Proven experience with agile methodologies and project management frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to think strategically and translate complex business needs into actionable digital solutions. Experience in managing budgets and cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Deep understanding of customer journey mapping and experience design principles.
