The Role
We’re looking for a Director of Product who leads from the front. You’ll also run discovery calls with dealers, prototype solutions, and tackle complex integration problems with AI agents and automation.
This player‑coach role has no need for a professional manager. You’ll be measured on product velocity and outcomes, not headcount. What You’ll Own Product roadmap & platform strategy: Define and drive the roadmap across Toolbx’s core platform, ordering, payments, catalog, integrations, and AI capabilities.
Hands‑on execution: Lead discovery, prototype solutions, and ship features from concept to launch, including automation of the product development cycle. AI product development: Own the AI‑powered ordering automation (AIOA) product surface and guide it from early‑stage to core product.
