Requirements:
10+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Experience managing budgets and resources effectively. Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best
practices—including Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
Experience designing and implementing systems that provide long term strategic
business value
Post-secondary degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience. Experience with Enterprise/B2B SaaS applications using C#/.NET and AWS cloud
technologies. Experience building and scaling software development organizations.
