We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international BPO environment, with the flexibility to work remotely from within Portugal.

This opportunity is suitable for both experienced candidates and those at the beginning of their careers who want to develop professional experience while using their Dutch language skills.

Position Details

• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

What You Will Do

Depending on the project, you will support customers through channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting Dutch-speaking customers with questions and requests
• Providing accurate information and guidance
• Resolving customer issues professionally and efficiently
• Supporting account, product, or service-related inquiries
• Ensuring a positive customer experience
• Working with an international and multicultural team

What We Are Looking For

• Fluency in Dutch
• Good communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working with digital tools
• Available for full-time employment
• Currently residing in Portugal
• EU citizenship or valid authorization to work in Portugal
